Well looks like nothing is happening at Tsm we see Brookies standard half threat below in the second topic .
I wonder if those mods ever say to Bob Krimm this is how it is…. Members don’t want a video they just want answers. I don’t think these mods have the balls to call Bob to account and say What do you think we are stupid Bob how many times do you think we can say "Please be patient. read the daily news" The mods should speak up and not be quietened by Bob or Bob via Brookie Start calling the shots as he knows that if his own mods start asking questions and saying this is just not good enough he will have to do something ….soon
One of the mods (not brookie after all she has said about 100 times this week how busy she is moving your virtual dollars around. Brookie likes praise it stands out like a blazing sign that’s what she craves.. My mods not TS mods but my mods.who says that? . Maybe she aint getting it elsewhere praise that is Maybe she feels invisible and has to stomp on TS members to show " I am Brookie you must obey me at all times"
One of the more intelligent mods could make up a list of questions on what members want answers to Bob could take an hour to answer them with a little more than Exciting things are around the corner!! Please be patient!! I just need a little more time" Brookie does this already but the difference is Brookie accepts the answers she gets from Bob. Are you as gullible?
Bob could take a look at the state of the forum and see just how many members are asking questions. Bob could spend time on the forum each few days 15 minutes (what he cant find 15 minutes? ) The thing is Bob can’t do any of this because he knows darn well what is happening and what the future really holds.
The future at Tri Star is NOT what you have been fed for months. Bob Krimm has been telling porkys.

On Monday, February 20th, we were asked to submit information about the checks we requested at the beginning of February and were marked completed, yet were never sent out. We were told this would be dealt with… Not one of us has received a response or a check, or any kind of update. These were funds already in TSMC… Please ask Bob to take care of this unfinished business. Nobody wants to ‘bash’ him…but he must do as he said he would; promises are sacred to many of us…please respect that. Members should think twice before bashing other members who are merely standing up for their rights… |

Sorry wrong date but I knew I had read it some where. From Brookies post 29th March at11.56 am Ok, Here is what you need to do of you are missing a payment before February for TSMC ONLY. Post a ticket with the following information. 1. Site ID#, Id name, email address, expiration date (very important it is correct). Post this in support. Give us time to fix it. That’s what I referred to when I wrote that we were asked to submit info on the 20th…we have had no response to these submissions, nor have they given us any definitive general follow up here in the forum. Actually, that post seems to be about pendings due from sites to be paid to TSMC…it’s a bit ambiguous; the one from the 20th specifically dealt with our issue (completed checks from early Feb. that never went out). - Thank you for bringing this up. I followed all directions as given by Brookie to get this resolved. I sent an email to admin @TSMC giving all pertinent data. My account has not been corrected nor have I received the COURTESY of a reply from Bob. I am tired of reading all these posts about being patient. I am out a lot of real money to me and I want it. I used to be upset but now I am angry. Maybe its time to get others involved. | ||||||||||

Unfortunately…’others’ generally do little except confiscate funds and then ‘audit’, which is a bureaucratic way of saying, ’suck up all remaining funds’.
It would be kind and courteous of Bob to let us know specifically what is being done to rectify the situation. |

I am in the same situation. I was hoping my "completed check" that was reversed but did NOT appear back in my account could be cashed out with the mastercard debit card.
there does appear to be many, many unresolved problems from the last 2 months: I know. Wait, patience, we will let you know when we have that information. Check the Daily News. Waiting, still. Patiently, still. Checking the Daily News everyday, always. Thank you. |

I am sorry I cannot give you anymore information but these issues will be resolved, it is just taking a bit more time than we would all like. The debit cards are starting to be received and the script should be fixed up very soon. the programmer is working on so many things at once. | ||||||||||

Take a deep breath………in and out……..things are being done, albeit slowly, but there is progress here……..I’ve seen quite a few sites go scam and run away, that hasn’t happened here. I’ve even seen sites still accept upgrades when they had officially already closed shop, that hasn’t happened here. Did you see the posts after your original? People started jumping on the bandwagon with panic reactions. There is a lot of money on the line here and that brings emotions that you may not normally vent. I agree another update is called for but Bob has his own agenda and it usually makes sense once we hear it. T3 hasn’t gone anywhere…………

Here and there problems Tsmc support no dream just nightmares.
My husband and I both have our own 15 hits account with our two seperate checks sent in from our checking accounts. Both are $1000 dollars each. Its been over a month and they never posted to our tri star accounts. When will these checks post? Do we need to contact our banks to see if they can get us copies to send to you? If the money for some reason isn’t going to hit into tri star can you please refund it back to us. We would really appreciate it. My husband has sent in several e-mails with no response back. We would really apprciate if you can take care of this matter as soon as possible. We don’t mind being patient but we have been waiting a long enough time where this matter which should be taken care of. Our checks were sent in on feb 2 and they were cashed by tri star on feb 13th. I’ve sent 5 different e-mails and have never received a response. I would be satisfied if someone from tri-star would at least e-mail me back to tell me they were at least looking into it. Thats all i’m asking at this point.

Hi, Could anyone help me? I sent a money order it was cashed in already and still the account has not been credited as yet, the package that is now running will expire tomorrow and the tsmc account has not been credited as yet! Are they posting any credits to tsmc accounts? I sent it in 3/15/07 it was received already, do you think might have to send more infro?
When will a tsmc check that bounced in my bank acct (wasn’t signed by Bob) be re-issued? This is from 12-29-06
Will bounced checks be given a specific time to submit a support ticket? Have waited a very long time.
