Bob Krimm cuts to the chase I can’t pay you

I am merely in a situation where I cannot pay anyone right now until my attorneys finish the work on our Hedge Fund.

Allow me to once again re-assure you that you will not lose your money. And yes, I have said it again! Screen shots are not admisable in a court of law because they are digital images and therefore can be altered. I think you are missing the bigger pitcher here. Today I spent several hours with my attorneys and a few other gentlemen that will be directly involved with our future business and the opportunities we are laying out before all of our members.

If you are willing to be patient and wait just a little while longer, I am making a personal promise to get you your funds back. It is not my intention nor is it in my character to cause financial distress to anyone. I believe with all my heart that some day I am going to stand before God and give an account for my life and the deeds I’ve done. Trust me, I do not wish to explain why I took some college students money and never returned it.

If you are willing to take a little advice from a guy who has been around the block a few times, Your wasting your time trying to sue me. I have my bases covered and I am vertually untouchable. You would never win a law suit against me and you would probably spend more money in legal fees then you ever had in the programs. I never said you had to use TSMC to get paid and I do not intend on making it manditory. I am merely in a situation where I cannot pay anyone right now until my attorneys finish the work on our Hedge Fund.

I promise you, I am not willing to risk everything I have worked for over some egold money. I’m not that stupid. I’m only asking that you be patient and give me time to build this business to the next level so we can all make a lot of money legally

I hope you reconsider and stay with us. We are going to new hieghts that no other internet company has done. You need to think about where we came from and what we have built over the past year, then think about where we are going. Do you really want to miss out on all that can be?

WHy couldn’t Bob send emails like this out to all his members to keep us informed. Anyway…
I’ll mention one thing…if they do decide to pursue this lawsuit I wouldn’t want to be Bob because if Bob doesn’t settle and it gets to a jury it will look very bad for Bob. I mean let’s face it…5 cute innocent college girls, outstanding academic students, not a blemish on their record, sitting across the table from Bob in a court room crying (I’m exaggerating with the crying) because all their money is being held captive and they need that money to pay for the next semester. Well, I guess we’ll see what the jury will have to say if it gets that far. If it doesn’t go before a jury, well I guess it all depends on how the judge is feeling that day.

Btw, Bob is correct, however. Digital images are not admissible in court UNLESS they are confirmed by a court appointed notary as the images were taken. Emails can also be entered in as evidence and they WILL be honored. Regardless, the video in itself has Bob promising people their money back. The list does go on…

Anyway, here is my girlfriends reply to Bob that went unanswered…(Perhaps Bob felt any further communication with her would be incriminating)

6. Old Alert Pays and E-golds in payouts on the surfs will be changed over to TSMC. How quickly? I am not sure. Will keep updating this.

This was the last dagger in my leg and is why I contacted my attorney. I really rather not switch over to TSMC at this time. Besides you have all my E-Gold and I don’t even have the $9.95 to purchase a debit card if I even wanted to switch. However, since you just said in your last email to me, “I never said you had to use TSMC to get paid and I do not intend on making it manditory.” I am willing to be patient if you can please give me your word that I do not have to use a TSMC account and I can continue using E-Gold. Since it’s your company you obviously have every right to discontinue any payment processor you so choose, but all I am asking for is for you to at least pay me back my funds to E-Gold before discontinuing E-Gold. Therefore, I will be in a better position to decide whether or not to use TSMC. That’s all I ask.

If you could get back to me at your earliest convenience and let me know if I have your word to be paid to E-Gold I’ll be a little less stressed and possibly a lot happier. What I don’t understand after reading the emails she sent me from Bob is that Brookie posted in the Daily News last Monday that we MUST get a TSMC account because they were not paying to e-gold or AP. However, Bob stated in his email to her and I quote “I never said you had to use TSMC to get paid and I do not intend on making it mandatory.” So was Brookie lying when she posted this news? I tend to believe Bob a heck of a lot more than Brookie since she is simply a puppet.

Since I was kicked out of STO for asking too many times for all my late e-gold payments, I receive the Daily News from friends who email it to me or by logging in using their STO account. I don’t have my secondary password since I have not used TSMC in like forever and Brookie refuses to help me with obtaining a secondary password. I have had people PM her to tell her I needed help obtaining my secondary password and she still refuses to assist. So even if I wanted to get my e-gold transferred to my TSMC Brookie is preventing this from happening. Why did I really get booted from STO? Perhaps I’m one of only a few members that have the nads to speak up. Most of the members are simply petrified to speak the minds and I know this because I’ve been told by tons of members in emails and PM’s. I’m the bad guy when they owe me money? I’m the bad guy because I raise valid questions that they simply cannot answer? I didn’t go outside the TOS of STO, but apparently I went outside Brookie’s terms. You just don’t start kicking people out of forums or deleting accounts because you simply don’t agree with another person’s opinions or belief system. Brookie is nothing more than a wannabe dictator at best. She lacks people skills and because of this it causes a lot of stress for people at STO. I used to defend Brookie a lot until I started catching her in lies here and there. I even promised Brookie that I would not mention this whole hedge fund thing until Bob announced it to everyone himself. I knew about the hedge fund two weeks before the notification email was sent out. This is how Brookie repays a loyal member? Moving on…

I’m curious what this quote from Bob means, “I am merely in a situation where I cannot pay anyone right now until my attorneys finish the work on our Hedge Fund.” Huh? I never signed up with TS to be involved with a hedge fund. Did you? I think he should have asked the members before selling our e-gold to AP, canceling TSMC withdraws, or starting a hedge fund. He had no right to do such a thing. That’s ludicrous! If Bob would have said something like this from the beginning (short version), “hello members, sorry, but the cash flow ran dry. We are all out of funds and cannot pay. We will try and reopen and get your rebate back.” Most of know how this industry works and are somewhat prepared if such a thing happened. However, he never said we were out of funds, in fact, he said he has plenty of money.

I have 11 pendings worth thousands dating back to the 21st of February waiting to be paid to e-gold. I too don’t think it’s fair that I should have to submit personal information to TSMC (that’s completely nuts btw), purchase a debit card (which I don’t want nor does any e-gold user), pay withdraw fees to TSMC, pay bank wire fees to my bank to the exchange service, and then pay exchange service fees just to get my money back into e-gold where I want it. If anyone thinks this is fair you need to be checked-out upstairs – seriously! Perhaps, “checked-in” would be a better choice of words.

Before I forget, anyone who speaks to Bob and does not believe these are his words, please, Please, PLEASE…contact him and have him read this post! This is not up for debate – period!

Please don’t ask for the other emails that were sent back and forth between the two because I cannot post as they will probably be entered in as evidence and obviously would not be a good good idea tp post on the internet. Thanks!
